About the role

Demos’ is now hiring grill/line cooks to be part of our family. We will train you to join our award‑winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential through cross‑training opportunities. The back‑of‑house employees are the backbone of our entire operation.

Responsibilities

• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Follow our recipes and checklists to ensure a consistent product and safe environment
• Work with others to ensure orders get out in a timely fashion
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Handle high‑volume work
