Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with strong knife skills and proper cooking techniques
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented kitchen environment
- Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required
