At Frothy Monkey, we serve more than just coffee. Our menu includes breakfast, brunch until 5 pm daily, a kid’s menu, lunch, and dinner, accompanied by an enticing selection of craft beer, wine, and cocktails. We take pride in creating delicious offerings from scratch, using original recipes and thoughtfully sourced ingredients from regional farmers and producers whenever possible. Responsibilities
- Take direction and complete tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrate strong knife skills, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Set up and restock kitchen stations
- Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality
- Knowledge of health code and FDA regulations is desired
- Prepare basic components of each dish using proven recipes
- Memorize and utilize serving portion sizes and meal prep procedures
- Maintain kitchen, food prep areas, and storage areas to restaurant cleaning standards
- Assist with portion prep work for other shifts as needed
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock based on established schedules
- Contribute to a creative, inclusive, and community-focused work environment
Requirements
- Prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume environment
