About the Role

The Line Cook Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ, responsible for overseeing Line Cook operations and supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Line Cooks and coordinate food preparation and cooking during service.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet resort standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with chefs to execute menu items, manage station readiness, and monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies.
• Train team members on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and efficient kitchen workflows.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to support timely and accurate food service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a culinary or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s certification or relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
