About the role

Join us as a Line Cook at Spruce Peak, a premier Vermont mountain community. You'll be part of a team that partners with local farms for globally inspired, locally sourced seasonal menus, weddings, and world-class events.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and under supervision.
  • Assist in maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
  • Handle inventory and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • Follow safety procedures and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support the kitchen staff in achieving operational goals and meeting customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume establishments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.

Pay

The pay range is $22.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
