About the role
Join us as a Line Cook at Spruce Peak, a premier Vermont mountain community. You'll be part of a team that partners with local farms for globally inspired, locally sourced seasonal menus, weddings, and world-class events.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
- Handle inventory and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the kitchen staff in achieving operational goals and meeting customer expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume establishments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
