As a Line Cook at Steelbach, you'll be a key player on our culinary team, executing dishes with consistency, speed, and precision during high-volume service. You'll work station-by-station alongside our kitchen leadership to bring our Southern-inspired menu to life, maintaining the quality and craftsmanship our guests expect on every plate. Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do Measure and assemble ingredients for menu itemsCollaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hoursMaintain accurate food inventoriesProperly store food items at appropriate temperaturesRotate stock items as per established proceduresRestock kitchen for subsequent shiftsEnsure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized throughout and at the end of your shiftSet up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.Performs other related duties as assigned.
