Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain assigned line or prep station for lunch and dinner service
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked to order with consistent presentation and portioning
- Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food production and prep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Aid in inventory organization and reducing food waste
- Support team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or Prep Cook
- Restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
