About the role

Ted's Montana Grill isn't your ordinary restaurant, so we aren't looking for ordinary people. While we’re Premium, Polished and Professional, we’re also Cool (known as 3 PC). We live by “The Big Sky Spirit” which is our cultural compass and is evident in everything that we do.

Our kitchens prepare premium food cooked from scratch in small batches to ensure freshness. Our on‑premise butcher shop lets the team hand‑carve and grind beef and bison daily for peak flavor. Heart‑of‑House team members prepare made‑from‑scratch food, display showmanship, and interact with guests in our display kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Prepare made-from-scratch menu items.
• Display showmanship and interact with guests in display kitchens.
• Hand‑carve and grind beef and bison daily in the on‑premise butcher shop.
• Ensure premium freshness by preparing menu items in small batches.

Requirements

• Full-service restaurant kitchen experience desired.
• Great team player.
• Ability to multitask.
• Passionate about great food.
• Physical requirements: stand during entire shift; frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting; lift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift; frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold.

Pay

Pay Rate Range $15 - $19 Based on Experience
