Responsibilities
- Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly Pool Kitchen specials.
- Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Pool Kitchen menu items and specials.
- Cross-train on all Pool Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, Pizza, and Prep.
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible.
- Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis. Perform utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled.
- Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen.
