About The Role (Per Diem) Looking to cover 2 to 3 shifts per week to include a weekend day. As a Line Cook at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents and guests in our restaurant-style dining program. Working in a professional commercial kitchen, you'll be responsible for food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining the quality and presentation standards that create an exceptional dining experience. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong knife skills, experience preparing multiple menu items to recipe standards, an understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities during meal service while delivering exceptional hospitality.
