Line Cook - Part-Time

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with sanitation guidelines
• Operate grills, ovens, broilers, and other kitchen equipment efficiently
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Assist with food prep, ingredient organization, and inventory rotation
• Cook with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Support chefs and managers as needed during service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Passion for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of lunch and dinner menu preparation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Ability to stand for extended shifts of 8+ hours
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
• Ability to hear and communicate clearly during busy service periods

Shift

Weekends: 2:00pm-10:00pm

Rate of Pay

$19.00 per hour
