Line Cook - Part Time

About the role

A line cook at Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is needed to work single/multiple stations in the kitchen under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have relevant hotel/restaurant cooking experience and a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work single/multiple stations in the kitchen under minimal supervision.
• Have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management.
• Prepare meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• At least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Able to work most stations of the kitchen.
