Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous cook/kitchen/professional culinary experience strongly preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Commitment to creating the best quality food for guests and the drive to succeed.
- Experience in back‑of‑house cooking, chef, sauté, or grill cook roles in a high‑volume restaurant environment is advantageous.
- Experience in back‑of‑house preparation, food prep, or production (e.g., Jefe/Jefa roles) is also valued.
