Line Cook II Pin Up Pizza - Part Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, subs, and appetizers to exact recipe and quality standards
• Operate pizza ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently
• Keep your area stocked, organized, and fully prepped for service
• Stretch dough, prep sauces, assemble toppings, and support daily production
• Mentor junior cooks and assist with training when needed
• Work with front-of-house staff to ensure timely, accurate order delivery

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in a high-volume kitchen; pizza or Italian cuisine experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work in a high-heat, fast-paced environment
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required)
