Primary Responsibilities
- Work up to any 4 of the 5 stations during peak period with minimal supervision
- Prepare food orders per Brand and company standard
- Maintain a safe and clean cooking area and kitchen environment
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Aid others, when prompted, by providing guidance, training, or suggestions to improve their performance
Management Responsibilities
- None
Administrative Responsibilities
- Set up, clean, and organize workstations
- Prepare ingredients for the shift; wash vegetables, chop, season meat, etc.
- Prepare oven, utensils, and grill for shift
- Take orders from wait staff or computerized system
- Cook order according to food health and safety standards
- Recommend ideas for specials or seasonal dishes
- Handle multiple food orders at one time
- Monitor multiple food orders as new orders arrive
- Dress order for presentation
- Ensure each guest order has the correct food and sides
- Deliver food order to wait staff in a timely manner
- Store all food properly
- Sanitize and clean workstations and utensils
- Assist other cooks in preparing food or help other team members when needed
Operational Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year commercial cooking
- A minimum of 2 years in the restaurant industry
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Ability to work a 10-hour shift
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours continuously
