About Us
Hypsi and Bar Daphne are the signature offerings at the new Hotel Daphne, located in the heart of Houston Heights. We’re building a passionate, hospitality-driven team to bring an Italian-inspired menu with a Houston spirit to life. Hypsi serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a robust pasta program and elegant yet approachable entrées, including a signature roaming mozzarella cart with hand-pulled cheeses and curated add-ons. Bar Daphne is a nightly cocktail bar with creative drinks and finger food, inspired by the art collection on our walls.
