Our Cooks at The Cardinal at North Hills play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for residents, guests, and associates. This position prepares high-quality, flavorful meals served across multiple dining venues while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine
- Cook according to menus, production sheet, and recipes with consideration
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Deliver all invoices to Dining Services Director in a timely fashion
- Maintain records of meals served and records of food and supplies used as required
Requirements
- High school graduate (preferred)
- One to three years of cooking experience
- Food Handler’s certification as required or willingness to obtain
- Experience with Grill / Fry / Saute

Full Time - 12pm - 8:30pm, with weekend rotation
