CORE JOB DUTIES
- Assists with meal and food preparation
- Regulates compliance (reporting)
- Sanitizes the kitchen and dining areas as assigned

Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year in a related field required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Previous Food Services Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Position Competencies
- Proficiency in food preparation, regulation compliance and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Ability to work individually, with other cooks and with the other employees in the Food Service Department
