Line Cook (FT/PT)

Position Summary

Monroe Golf Club is a private member-owned golf and country club with over 100 years of history. We offer a tremendous opportunity to be part of a dedicated team with a family-like environment of mutual respect. We are seeking qualified individuals to fill an open Line Cook Position.

Job Duties

• Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge and execution of basic cookery including roasting, braising, sautéing, poaching, and grilling.
• Sets up and maintains a clean and organized station before, during and after service.
• Prepares various meat, fish, vegetables and garnishes to proper menu specification when ordered.
• Responsible for all station requisition and rotation of products to include properly labeling and dating of items daily.
• Actively involved in the creative process through menu input and daily specials.
