About the role

Responsibilities
- Accumulate paid sick leave at the rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours in a year.

- Work in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen performing various roles such as hot side, cold side, fry cook, kitchen prep, line cook, dessert station, and more.
- Prepare and cook high-quality, locally sourced items.
- Expedite food for guests.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
