Responsibilities
- Work in a high volume, fast paced kitchen
- Perform multiple roles including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, dessert station
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation
- Expo/Expedite food for guests
- Prepare and cook high quality, locally sourced items
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Food service or culinary background preferred
