Line Cook / Fry Cook

Responsibilities

  • Work in a high volume, fast paced kitchen
  • Perform multiple roles including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, dessert station
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation
  • Expo/Expedite food for guests
  • Prepare and cook high quality, locally sourced items

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Food service or culinary background preferred
