Responsibilities
- Work in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen performing various roles such as hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, and dessert station.
- Maintain high standards in preparing and cooking high-quality, locally sourced items.
- Expo and expedite food for guests.
