About the role
Birdcall is a fast casual restaurant focused on providing a healthy, all-natural dining experience. We are committed to giving back to the community through our ONE PERCENT initiative, donating 1% of our sales to local causes.
Responsibilities
- Accumulate paid sick leave at the rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours in a year.
- Work flexible schedules to accommodate your needs.

- Do not work late nights.
- Hire 16-year-olds for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen performing various roles such as hot side, cold side, fry cook, kitchen prep, line cook, and dessert station.
- Prepare and cook high-quality, locally sourced items.
- Expedite food for guests.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- Strong culinary skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
