Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items to fine dining standards, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of your assigned station
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Aid in daily prep work including knife work, portioning, and ingredient preparation
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of all food products (FIFO)
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Uphold presentation standards that align with the Cliff House dining experience
  • Assist with inventory control and notify leadership of product needs

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and plating standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
