Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to fine dining standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of your assigned station
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Aid in daily prep work including knife work, portioning, and ingredient preparation
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of all food products (FIFO)
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely service
- Uphold presentation standards that align with the Cliff House dining experience
- Assist with inventory control and notify leadership of product needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and plating standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
