ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Complete both prep and clean-up
- Maintain food quality and sanitation standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely fashion
- Able to work with team in a positive and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE
- Line Cook experience preferred
- TIPS and Serv-Safe certifications preferred
- Able to be on your feet and active for 6-8 hours or more, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use commercial cleaning equipment
- A team player who’s willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
