About the role

As a Broil Cook at Texas Roadhouse, you’ll play an important part in delivering our legendary steaks—our most popular menu item. This high-volume restaurant role focuses on mastering steak preparation, seasoning, searing, and grilling while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute cooking steak temperatures
• Apply meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques
• Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Use and understand equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibit teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
