Responsibilities

• Prepares and plates high-quality meals according to the chef's specifications
• Works at specific stations in the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or frier
• Assembles ingredients, preps food, and plates dishes with limited time
• Maintains station inventory with necessary supplies
• Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manages multiple orders simultaneously and coordinates with other kitchen staff
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar role
• Certificate in culinary arts or related field preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with good communication skills

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-hour shifts

Work Environment

• Indoors, in a confined kitchen environment
• May also work outdoors in a natural and variable environment

Starting Rate

The starting rate for this role is $20.00 per hour.

Shifts / Night Work / Availability / Working Conditions

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends required.
