About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in various settings including Woodside Lutheran Home, Woodside Manor, Woodside Villa, Woodside Oaks, and Woodside Haven. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, conducting health assessments, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to healthcare providers
• Help residents with meals and snacks
• Support residents in engaging in social and recreational activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Passion for providing compassionate care
