Line Cook

About the role

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for our state-of-the-art dining outlets.

Responsibilities

• Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus
• Butcher all meats and fish
• Work omelet/carver station
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a high volume, quality kitchen preparing foods requiring short prep times
• Team player and self motivator
• Understand high volume kitchen operations
• Flexible in work hours
• Excellent organization skills and communication skills
