Line Cook

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for our state-of-the-art dining outlets. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a high volume, quality kitchen preparing foods requiring short prep times. Must be a team player, self motivator, understand high volume, be flexible in work hours, have excellent organization skills and communication skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus.Butcher all meats and fish.Work omelet/carver station.Maintain clean and orderly work areas.Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials.Other duties may be assigned.
