About the role

Responsibilities

• Support students in their academic and personal journeys through mentoring and guidance.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of health, fitness, and entrepreneurship courses tailored for veterans.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new students.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity and quality of educational materials and resources.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as exercise science, health and wellness, or a related field.
• Experience working with veterans or in a similar educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for supporting veterans and promoting their success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a professional setting.
• Previous experience in leadership roles preferred.
• Knowledge of health, fitness, and entrepreneurship principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Schedule

Most positions are full-time, in-office at our Bentonville headquarters or on our 800-acre campus in Gentry, AR, about 45 minutes from downtown Bentonville.
