About the role
We’re a full-service restaurant collection with locations from coast to coast, known for serving nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes to order across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill. Previous full-service, made-to-order line experience is important for success in this role, and experience working multiple stations is a big plus. And a restaurant-industry perk worth calling out: we close at 9 PM five nights a week —no late-night closes!
