About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and fellow cooks to prepare meals
  • Maintain accurate food inventories
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
  • Rotate stock items as per established procedures
  • Set up and restock stations with necessary supplies
  • Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with Team members and Members

Requirements

  • 2+ years cooking experience
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Able to read and follow standardized recipes
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling practices

Qualifications

  • Preferred ServSafe Certification
