- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and fellow cooks to prepare meals
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Set up and restock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with Team members and Members
Requirements
- 2+ years cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Able to read and follow standardized recipes
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling practices
Qualifications
- Preferred ServSafe Certification
