Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper inventory rotation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and plating.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as needed.
• Follow portion control standards to minimize waste and maintain consistency.
• Assist in the development and execution of menu items as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
