About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals using made-from-scratch recipes
• Follow high standards for cleanliness and sanitation
• Work together with the team to manage a busy station
• Learn and contribute to the restaurant's signature dishes and plate presentations

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen position is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
