Line Cook

About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and guidelines
• Handle and prepare ingredients in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation
• Work alongside other kitchen staff to maintain a fast-paced, efficient station
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Requirements

• Ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately
• Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar kitchen position preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
