Responsibilities
- Learning all recipes
- Sourcing and cooking techniques
- Adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
- Cross training in all stations - salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven
- Assist with inventory management
- Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed
Qualifications
- Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Safe, competent knife skills
- Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus
