As a Line Cook, you will prepare a variety of delicious dishes from our full restaurant and catering menus in a fun, fast-paced environment. Explore our menu offerings on our website.

Requirements

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipe guidelines
• Ensure the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
• Monitor product freshness and rotate product based on a schedule created by the Kitchen Manager
