About the role
We are seeking a passionate line cook with strong time management skills to join our busy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various cooking techniques including poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying. They should be able to work multiple stations and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to guest orders while adhering to standard recipes
- Work efficiently at multiple stations during shifts
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
