Pay

• $21.50-$24.00 per hour (not including tips)
• Participation in daily tip pool
• Holiday pay (full-time employment)

Schedule

• Flexible schedule
• Current holidays off: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, New Year’s, Super Bowl, Easter Sunday

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality and guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards
• Clean, receive, prep, and stock product before, during, and after service
• Uphold sanitary food handling practices according to restaurant standards and health code
• Interact with guests and team members in a positive, hospitable manner
• Assist guests promptly using a hospitality-focused approach

Requirements

• Able to communicate positively, verbally, and in an articulate manner
• Always maintain a positive, attentive, and hospitable attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• 1+ years of line cook experience (preferred, but training will be provided)
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Multitasking skills and good knife skills
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or have a valid work permit)
• Reliable transportation to work
