Line Cook – Aragon Tavern Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our upscale restaurant team at Aragon Tavern. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food quality and consistency. This position requires strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Full time and part time roles available. Qualifications & Requirements Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or professional kitchen preferred. Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to assist with various kitchen responsibilities. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
