Line Cook

Responsibilities

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
• Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing.

Requirements

• 2 years experience
• Able to clearly communicate with managers, kitchen, and dining nroom personnel.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift 40 lbs.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
