Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the Red Robin style of food preparation
• Cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients

Requirements

• A strong Team Player
• A Good communicator
• Organized with a great attention to detail
• At least 18 years old
• Able to prepare the best quality of food with uncompromising Health & Safety Standards

Qualifications

• Back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment (for line cooks)
• Back of house preparation / food prep / production experience (for HOH team members – Jefe/Jefa)
