- Follow recipes and execute menu items to specification
- Basic knife skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- May rotate through dishwashing shifts as needed
- Stand for extended 8+ hour shifts
- Maintain proper food safety and personal hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively and follow direction in a fast-paced environment
