Line Cook

About the role

As a Line Cook, you're responsible for ensuring food items make it to our guests in a timely manner while maintaining a fast-paced, clean, and well-organized kitchen environment. We are looking for an individual who can execute to a high standard to give our guests the very best experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked
• Prepare the simple components of menu items before each shift
• Cook menu items in a high quality and timely fashion
• Stock inventory and supplies
• Support the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the entire kitchen
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for an extended period of time
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends
• Ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures
• Positive attitude and capacity to handle multiple objectives simultaneously
