Line Cook Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and willingness to assist where needed.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
