Line Cook

Jacksons Restaurant + Bar, located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley in Monaca, is seeking a part-time line cook to join their culinary team. This property is locally owned and operated by Piatt Hotel Group, an established, family-owned management group with a portfolio of newly constructed, renovated, and well-maintained properties across Western PA.

About the role

Line Cooks are responsible for preparing food in a quality and consistent manner with outstanding presentation, following all culinary guidelines on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior culinary experience
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts
• Ability to work autonomously
• Outstanding people skills
• Results-driven
• Familiar with industry best practices
