About the role
Join the Culinary Team at Monarch Landing! Full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Proven cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Monday through Saturday 11am-7:30pm and Sundays 7am-3pm
