About the role

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is looking for motivated, dependable Line Cooks to join our West Ashley kitchen crew. If you love working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in putting out great food consistently, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to Mex 1 recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support prep and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

• Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team-first attitude and reliable work ethic
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
