Line Cook

About the role

Margaritaville Tulsa is hiring skilled Line Cooks to join our team. Interviews will take place on-site at Margaritaville Restaurant, located inside River Spirit Casino Resort (81st & Riverside).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to standards and expectations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work area

Requirements

• Cooking experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Restaurant experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Knowledge of cooking techniques used in Prep/Line positions
• Able to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Able to stand, walk, and reach for 100% of working time
• Able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently

Qualifications

• Must provide Health/Food Safety Permit
