Hank's Seafood has been beautifully renovated to an ambiance that reflects Charleston's port history and family roots. This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors. Responsibilities
- Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
- Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
- Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Cook highly preferred
- Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
- Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
